BLUE SCARF

Meandering silk ribbons and a variety of yarns were stitched onto Sulky's heaviest water soluble stabilizer, Ultra Solvy and stitched to the stabilizer one ribbon at a time. When the stabilizer is washed away, the fabulous airy scarf emerges.
